Yesterday was the Napa Valley Trail Marathon and 10K. My friends, Christie and Tracy, walked the 10K with me as Scott ran ahead. It was nice being outside and on a trail instead of pavement. It was very challenging with lots of steep inclines, branches to jump over or crawl under and streams to cross. We had to save our conversations for level ground or downhill, to save our breath. We received really great t-shirts and they took our photos during the race--I'm looking forward to seeing how they turn out. The best part was going wine tasting at V. Sattui afterwards. Yummy!!

Today I did another 6 miles on Sawyer Camp Trail. I just can't get enough of this great weather!
